For over 20 years, Kristy has worked as a Customer Service Specialist, serving as a liaison between leadership teams and the populations they serve. Her ability to analyze quality assurance surveys and develop strategic solutions for process improvements has led to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
Kristy was able to leverage her project coordination skills and knowledge of quality assurance techniques to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, resulting in increased operational efficiency and more seamless transactions from contract to closing.
